Welcome to PetStreat! These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the PetStreat website and services, including the purchase of pet food and related products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these T&C. Please read them carefully.

  • “PetStreat,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us” refers to the company Focus Trading Pvt Limited, incorporated in Sri Lanka, with its registered office at No. 61A-2, Dewala Road, Nugegoda, 10250, Sri Lanka.
  • “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual or entity using the PetStreat website or purchasing products from PetStreat.
  • “Products” refers to the pet food and related products sold by PetStreat.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website or purchasing products from PetStreat, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

3. Eligibility

To use the PetStreat website and make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Sri Lankan law.

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate. However, PetStreat does not guarantee that the product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. In case of any discrepancies, we reserve the right to correct them at our discretion.

  • All product prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
  • Products are subject to availability. We may, at any time, modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Process: Once you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order, but it does not signify that the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when the product is shipped.
  • Payment Methods: PetStreat accepts payments via [list accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, mobile wallets, etc.].
  • Payment Security: Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. PetStreat is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from payment processing failures.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Shipping Policy: PetStreat offers delivery to addresses within Sri Lanka. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during checkout.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • PetStreat Pet Food Return Policy
    At PetStreat, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality pet food products. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we pride ourselves on ensuring a smooth and transparent process for returns in the event of a product defect or recall.

  • Return Eligibility: Manufacturing Defects or Product Recalls: We only accept returns for pet food products that are found to have a manufacturing defect or are subject to a product recall initiated by the manufacturer.

  • Return Process: If you believe your purchased product is defective or subject to a recall, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
    Our team will request a sample of the product in question to be sent for analysis. This will help us work with the manufacturer to verify the issue.
    Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect or recall, we will issue a full refund or replacement of the product, at your preference.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Pet food products that have been opened or consumed.
    Products that are not subject to a recall or identified manufacturing defect.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at +94719900553. Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue you’ve encountered. If applicable, kindly follow our instructions for sending a sample of the product for manufacturer analysis.

    Important Note: We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used unless there is a proven manufacturing issue or product recall.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

PetStreat respects your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the relevant data protection laws of Sri Lanka.

  • Personal Data Collection: We collect personal data such as your name, contact information, and payment details to process your orders.
  • Use of Information: Your information will be used to process orders, provide customer support, and communicate about promotions.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the PetStreat website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of PetStreat and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Disclaimer: PetStreat does not warrant that our website will be free of errors, interruptions, or viruses. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetStreat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the products.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PetStreat harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these T&C or your use of the website and products.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these T&C shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to mediation in Sri Lanka. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

PetStreat reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and the revised T&C will be effective as of the date of posting.

14. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
