Both Keos Dog & Cat Food is formulated with French formulation, meeting the FEDIAF standards of Europe. 

Presently our only sensitivity related product being offered is Keos + Urinary Care for cats with renal conditions.

Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they haven’t been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to your order.

We ship all orders via trusted couriers. Shipping times depend on your location, and we offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

Pet food should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep dry food in an airtight container to preserve freshness. Our product has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture.

We only offer our Novopet, Keos and Keos + range of products for Sri Lanka presently although our business partner Keos offers it’s product internationally!
